Every teacher is carefully selected, and they are all art majors from different countries. In order to ensure their professionalism, we have a basic assessment every month for all on-the-job teachers, a written test mainly to assess the knowledge of teaching materials in previous test sites, and a teaching and research meeting mainly to study teaching skills. We have a complete system to guarantee them from implementation to training to result supervision and inspection.
